A local company UB Freight Limited which provides International and Sea Freight Service is today expected to take action against one of its debtors, Logical System Limited for non-payment of debts.

UB Freight took the matter to court in 2008 when Logical System Limited failed to clear off its debt of over fifteen thousand dollars.

Logical System is a limited liability company having its registered office in Auckland New Zealand and having its place of business at Garden City in Raiwai.

Last year the Lautoka Magistrate, Usaia Ratuvili ordered Logical System Ltd to pay off the owed amount with costs in sum of $400.

However, the company failed to comply with the court orders and earlier this year the Lautoka Magistrates Court further ordered that goods worth $15,000 be arrested from the premises of Logical System Ltd which will then be auctioned by the court and money recovered will be paid to UB Freight Ltd.

It has been confirmed that Bailiffs from the Chief Registrar=s office will accompany officials of UB Freight to seize the office equipment of Logical System Ltd to recover the costs.
