The Fiji under 20 rugby side now must beat France and Italy in the Junior World Championships to remain in contention for a top 12 finish.

If Fiji fails to finish in the top 12, they could miss out on next year's championship in Argentina, which is being reduced from 16 to 12 teams.

Fiji went down to South Africa in their opening match by 36 points to 10.

Team coach Osea Umu said they have to forget about the loss and look forward to the next match against France on Tuesday.

Umu said they will work on their mistakes during their training from tomorrow to make sure they win both their remaining games.
