Two men appeared in the Lautoka Magistrates Court today after they were charged in relation to the $15M cocaine bust in Lautoka earlier this week.
Joseph Nayef Abourizk and Josese Muriwaqa are charged with unlawful possession of illicit drugs.
The state informed the court that this is a fresh charge filed by the state in which both accused persons are charged with unlawful possession of illicit drugs which is an indictable offence.
The matter has been transferred to the Lautoka High Court and has been adjourned to 7th August for mention.
Both accused persons have been further remanded in custody.
