Two people are in police custody in relation to the alleged murder of a 60 year old retired bank officer on Tuesday in Yalalevu, Ba.

Assistant Police Spokesperson Sgt Suliano Tevita confirmed a 27 year old and 29 year old both farmers were arrested yesterday by Ba police.

They are still being questioned.

He said no charges have been laid on the suspects yet as police look for more suspects.

The 60 year old's body was found inside his home with visible injuries.

The post mortem revealed that the man died of suffocation as police earlier confirmed a bedsheet was tied around the victim's neck.
