Two of the twenty four passengers travelling in a three tonne truck travelling from Suva to Lautoka are admitted at the Lautoka Hospital with serious injuries, while the rest have been treated and released.
Director Police Traffic SSP Mahesh Mishra said the truck was carrying members of a church congregation on its way to Lautoka when the incident occurred in Bavu village near Nadi.
He has warned drivers to follow the road rules to avoid road accidents.
