The Nadi Weather Office has predicted that atleast two tropical cyclones may directly affect land areas of Fiji during the upcoming cyclone season starting next month.
Director, Rajendra Prasad said average of nine Tropical Cyclones will occur in the whole South West Pacific region. He adds people should be prepared for the upcoming cyclone season.
Prasad said there will be high number of rainfall causing flash flooding during this cyclone season.
