A 29yr old woman and a 18yr old youth are in police custody for allegedly plotting to kill the woman's husband who is in his 30's.
Labasa Police has confirmed that the alleged incident took place on Tuesday in Vunivau, Labasa.
According to Police the two allegedly made plans to kill the husband. It is alleged that the 18yr old entered the house with an iron rod and was about to hit the man when he woke up.
The teenager fled the room leaving the iron rod behind.
The two are expected to be charged soon.
