The Digicel Fiji 7s team has suffered a further setback in the lead up to England 7s tournament this weekend after Pio Tuwai injuring himself at an unfortunate training incident.
After medical treatment the tough forward has been ruled out of both the London and Edinburgh 7s.
Tuwai will be replaced in the Digicel Fiji 7s squad by British soldier Apolosi Satala.
Meanwhile Seru Rabeni who'd been drafted into the Digicel Fiji 7s squad as a late replacement for Etonia Naba is now only available for the London leg.
The Leeds centre has been called into the Barbarians squad to play England at Twickenham, and is likely to team up with Flying Fijians team mate Napolioni Nalaga who has also been included in the Barbarians squad.
Rabeni's unavailability has meant Digicel Fiji 7s coach Iliesa Tanivula calling upon another British soldier, and former Flying Fijian, Jack Prasad, as cover for Rabeni in Edinburgh.
Despite the setback Fiji Rugby Union chief executive officer, Keni Dakuidreketi was upbeat about Fiji=s chances.
The England 7s 7s kicks off tomorrow at 9:30pm. Fiji's opening pool match will be against Canada at 10:14pm.
