Four players will miss out from the Las Vegas and Vancouver 7s.

Vodafone Fiji 7s coach Ben Ryan confirms that lanky forward Pio Tuwai, Apisai Domolailai, Viliame Mata and Semi Kunatani will not be featuring for the next leg of World Rugby Sevens Series.

Ryan says that Pio Tuwai had earlier suffered food poisoning and will need to recover, Domolailai suffered from a grade two ligament injury while Mata had surgery for an injured finger.

Semi Kunatani is back in France with his club Toulouse as the Top 14 competition is still underway.

Ryan was impressed with the new players who showed up in camp this week and will be picking two new debutants in the next leg.

Meanwhile former Fiji 7s playmaker and Police team captain Livai Ikanikoda was called up into the national squad alongside Wardens player Sevuloni Tawake.

They replace Filipo Daugunu and Kaveni Dabenaise who also failed to turn up to camp.

Fiji is pooled with Samoa, France and Argentina at the Las Vegas 7s which will be held on the 5th to the 7th of next month.
