Last season's leading try scorer Mat Turner will be making his comeback into the England Sevens side for the Wellington 7's.
England Sevens coach Ben Ryan also included Christian Lewis Pratt after recovering from injury last season.
England has been failing to reach a Cup quarter final in the 2012/2013 Series and head coach Ben Ryan is hoping the return of Turner and Lewis Pratt will see an improvement in their team from a tournament they won in 2009.
Meanwhile, Fiji is pooled with Portugal, Australia and Scotland while England is pooled with New Zealand, USA and Spain.
The Wellington 7's kicks off on the 1st of next month.
