Fiji born Lote Tuqiri has been named in the Japan 7s team for the next leg of the HSBC World 7s Series which kicks off in Wellington.
The Namatakula lad will join a young Japanese team which includes three high school students and five university players underlining the emphasis on youth.
Japan is in Pool A with New Zealand, Samoa and Scotland.
The Wellington 7s in New Zealand kicks off this Friday and Saturday.
