Tuisolia allowed overseas travel
High Court Judge Justice Anjala Wati made the decision this afternoon allowing Tuisolia to travel to Australia this Friday and that his passports be released to allow for Tuisolia's travel.
Justice Wati made a total of five orders where Tuisolia is to return on the 16th of this month - which is next week Sunday and the following day - the 17th of May, he is to return his passport and travel documents to the High Court Treasury by 10am the next morning.
The other conditions for his travel was that his new assurety be made aware of the charges that are laid against Tuisolia and that once the new assurety signs the bond papers, then the travel documents will be released.
The final condition being that Tuisolia's travel in no way affects the set date for Pre Trial conference and Trial.
Tuisolia is charged by FICAC with 6 counts of abuse of office and has a Pre Trial Conference date of 24th May with the trial set for June.
