Rewa High Chief, Ro Filipe Tuisawau is questioning the role of the military as the guardian of the People's Charter.
Speaking to Village News, Ro Filipe said the message the interim government is trying to pass on to those who will come into power after the next general election, is that they have to follow the Charter.
Ro Filipe maintains that the supreme document on how elections can be conducted is the 1997 Constitution and nothing else.
