The Great Council of Chiefs Task Force member, Ratu Talemo Ratakele has told the Tui Cakau and Cakaudrove high chief Ratu Naiqama Lalabalavu not to stop the Cakaudrove chiefs from airing their views to the Task Force headed by Ratu Tua’kitau Cokanauto.
Ratakele was responding to the letter from Ratu Naiqama who has raised his concern on why he accepted being committee member knowing the interim regime is an illegal administration.
Meanwhile, the Bose Vanua of Tailevu chiefs will be meeting again next Tuesday in Nausori, to decide on the final proposal to be given to the Task Force.
Sub-Committee spokesman, Inoke Seru said the committee have already drawn up the proposal and the Bose Vanua will then make the final decision on the matter next week.
