Another tropical cyclone is likely to form in the Fiji group within the next two days.

Nadi Weather Office Director Rajendra Prasad said a tropical depression is currently located North West of the group and is moving closer to the group, which will firstly cause continuous heavy rain and then likely to form into a tropical cyclone.

Prasad has also revealed that a Tropical Cyclone which was named late yesterday poses no direct threat to the group but he said people should be prepared for the tropical depression.
