The interim government is confident that it will fulfill its next commitment given to the European Union and that is to establish a tribunal to investigate allegations against the Chief Justice Daniel Fatiaki.
Interim Attorney General Aiyaz Sayed Khaiyum told Village News that they expect to forward the names of members for the tribunal to the President's Office before July 15th.
Meanwhile, senior lawyers continue to gather signatures from members of the legal fraternity on the presidential petition calling for the immediate reinstatement of Chief Justice Daniel Fatiaki.
