Digicel Fiji sevens team squad members Mosese Saunivanua and Emosi Mulevoro will not be part of the New Zealand sevens trip because of the travel restrictions imposed on our military and naval officers.

That is the confirmation from National sevens team assistant coach Timoci Wainiqolo.

Wainiqolo said Mulevoro and Saunivanua were impressive at the Uprising Fiji International sevens and if someone gets injured in Wellington then these two can go to Las Vegas and can be used for the remaining IRB World sevens series tournaments.

Meanwhile, Joji Ragamate will be medically examined tomorrow in relation to the injury he sustained over the weekend.

The 16 member team marches into camp today before the final 12 players will be named later this week.
