An exception has been made to New Zealand's travel ban on members of Fiji's government.
A waiver has been given to the Foreign Minister Ratu Inoke Kubuabola to allow him to attend a Pacific Forum Ministerial meeting in Auckland today.
The meeting of the Ministerial Contact Group has been set up so Fiji can update ministers on its current situation and its path back to democratic elections.
