The travel sanctions against the interim government members and their families will remain in place for now.
These are the words of Australian High Commissioner James Batley when asked whether or not and when these sanctions would be lifted.
Following the takeover of December 5th 2006, the Australian and New Zealand High Commissions had imposed travel bans on members of the military, the interim government and their families.
