The Ministry of Works will be asking the interim government for additional funds in the upcoming Budget to implement their long-term plans of upgrading our roads.
Spokesperson Sainiana Waqainabete said the Ministry believes that it's time the citizens of Fiji are able to use roads which are of international standards.
