No action has been taken by the government yet against the Raiwaqa Bus Company with regards to the Malaqereqere bus fire which claimed the lives of 12 people last year.
The Transport Ministry has already released a report which stated the bus had some defects.
Ministry information officer Sainiana Waqainabete said they have given a copy of the report to the bus company lawyers meanwhile the Ministry is monitoring the legal case of the victim's families who have taken the matter to court.
