A trainee of International Services Solutions has been remanded in custody after she appeared before Magistrate Usaia Ratuvili today at the Lautoka Magistrates Court.

Zorzana Zurin Nisha was charged by FICAC with 18 counts of forgery.

Nisha had edited and submitted to Fiji Inland Revenue and Customs Authority, Bondwell invoices in order to claim VAT funds amounting to $115,000. FICAC was represented by Prosecutor Aca Rayawa.

A plea was not taken today and the matter will be referred to the Tavua Magistrates Court on the 12th of this month.

Nisha was told to seek a lawyer before the next court sitting.
