A young girl is the latest victim of drowning.
Police confirmed a 13 year old girl of Nadi drowned in Sabeto River yesterday around 3pm.
The girl had gone swimming with some of her friends when the incident happened.
The drowning toll now stands at 15 compared to 11 last year.
