A 29 year old Brazilian Tourist charged with rape appeared in Nadi Court today.
It is alleged that the 29 year old tourist allegedly raped a 25 year old woman at a resort in Nadi on Monday night.
The suspect and the victim were in the same resort when it is alleged that the suspect forcibly entered the victim's room and raped her.
He pleaded not guilty and has been granted a $1000 dollar bail and has been ordered not to leave the country.
The case has been adjourned till tomorrow.
