Tourism is doing well so far considering the situation the country is in.
However, Fiji Visitors Bureau Chairperson, Patrick Wong said there is still a difference in the tourism industry compared to other years.
Wong also added that the $3.8 million dollars additional funding that was promised by the interim administration for tourism improvement is still needed by the Tourism Industry.
Interim Minister for Tourism, Bernadette Rounds Ganilau has confirmed that the ministry is awaiting the release of funds from the Ministry of Finance.
