Tourism stakeholders are confident that the industry will bounce back very quickly from the impacts of the floods over the last week.
While many hotel and resort operators suffered millions of dollars in losses due to cancellations and early departure by visitors due to flooding, Rosie Holidays General Manager Tony Whitton believes that tourism will again play a vital role in getting the economy to recovery from the devastation.
