Tourism Fiji is expected to downgrade its year end visitor arrival forecast based on the global economic recession, but there is optimism of increased visitors in the next few months.
Chairman Patrick Wong said they have been forced to revise earlier predictions but people must realize that there are now more hotels and resorts in the country.
However, Wong said their advertising campaigns continue in earnest with hopes of a positive outcome.
