It is a tough task at hand to put together a team in one week and play against Six Nations champion France but the outcome should be an indicator for next year’s Rugby World Cup.
Those were the words of Flying Fijians technical adviser Greg Mumm as he arrived into the country to assist head coach Samu Domoni Jnr in putting together a team for the Europe Tour.
Mumm who played an instrumental role as the forward coach for the 2007 World Cup team said this will be an opportunity to test how well these experienced players can get together and give their best in a Test match.
The Director of Rugby at the Sydney University will be joined by Shannon Fraser later this week.
Overseas players that have arrived in to camp are Campese Ma=afu, Sekonia Kalou, Malakai Ravulo and Ropate Ratu.
The Flying Fijians will leave our shores on the 5th of next month and will take on France on the 14th in their opening Test match.
