Local based players playing in the Air Pacific Fiji Warriors and the Fiji Barbarians sides in the Pacific Rugby Cup, will have to stamp their mark and impress selectors in the last 2 rounds of competition to be considered for selection to the Flying Fijians.
FRU Coaching Director Ilivasi Tabua said all overseas based players have confirmed their availability and added this will be a challenge to local players.
Meanwhile, this Friday the Fiji Warriors will host Upolu Samoa in the feature match of the 4th round at Lautoka's Churchill Park.
Upolu Samoa currently leads the points standing with 13 points and is followed closely by the Warriors in second with 11 points.
Air Pacific Fiji Warriors beat Savii Samoa 39-22 on Saturday while Upolu Samoa beat Fiji Barbarians 49-13 in Apia.
