Coral coast 7's champions, Warden Gold with the services of Ilai Tinai, Lepani Botea and Joji Ragamate thrashed Suva stallions 45-0.
Leone Nakarawa, Waqabaca Kotobalavu and Maikeli Mocetadra led their Army Green side to a 29-12 victory over Nausori One.
Natabua captained by Metuisela Talebula beat Nasinu One 17-10.
Highly ranked Red Rock beat FNU 33-0.
In other matches, Police beat Uprising 14-5 and Samurai Barracudas edged Fiji Navy 14-12.
The pool matches will continue this afternoon with the quarter-finals, semi-finals and final to be played tomorrow at Ratu Cakobau Park.
