The two leading candidates for the halfback spot in the Flying Fijians 15s rugby team will battle it out on Saturday in the 3rd BSP Farebrother Sullivan Trophy challenge to lay to rest who is the best number 9 in the country.

Nadroga will welcome back the services of former national 7s rep Emosi Vucago into the side that will meet Suva this Saturday which also has the services of young Nikola Matawalu.

Vucago last played in the Nadroga team in the Digicel Cup final against Naitasiri and has been rested in the last two games against Ovalau and Northland.

With national coach Samu Domoni Jnr now trying to finalize his squad for the Northern Hemisphere tour, the duo are the top bets to be in the team and their performance on Saturday could determine their place on the tour.

Meanwhile, the Suva 15s rugby team will miss the services of Sireli Naqelevuki this Saturday as he has left for England to continue his rugby career.

The Nadroga and Suva match kicks off on Saturday at 3.30pm and there will be a live commentary on our sister station Viti FM.
