Residents living in the upper Toorak area have been asked to store water as there will be water disruptions.
Water Supply Department Spokesperson Maika Nagalu said they have detected the problem and their engineers are looking into the matter.
Fijivillage had received calls from residents complaining that they have been facing intermittent water supply from last week.
A resident Prem said she finds it hard to carry out her household chores as there usually is no water from 6 in the morning and when they do receive water the pressure is low.
