FMF Flying Fijians coach, Ilivasi Tabua said that Fiji went down to FC Auch this morning because the boys' got themselves distracted and gave away too many penalties.

Tabua adds that the high penalty count in the opening few minutes set the tone, though they came together well in the second half.

Midway through the second half, coach Ilivasi Tabua used his replacement backs with the experienced Seru Rabeni, Seremaia Bai and Mosese Rauluni all coming on.

Meanwhile, Tabua said that their scrum took a while to settle but he was pleased with the line-outs, counter-play and the defensive effort overall.

The FMF Flying Fijians take on Top 14 club Albi on Saturday.
