Debutants to the FMF Chow Games, Tonga will now be putting together their heads to better their performance in next years primary school athletics meet.

Team coach, Sione Lauti speaking top Fijivillage said the side now knows their weaknesses and will be out to better their performance next year.

Meanwhile, FMF Chow Games champions, Suva broke a total of four records from the six records that were broken at the two-day meet this year.

Suva's Under-13 Long Jump Gold medalist, Sekove Tuilevu was a happy man yesterday after he was told that his jump of 5.74 meters had been officially declared as a New Record for the FMF Chow Games.

An emotional Tuilevu was lost for words and thanked his teachers for fighting his case after the Chief Referee Gabrieli Qoro had disqualified his jump as he was not at the pit when the record jump was made.

Looking at the medal tally, Suva won the Girls Division with 20 Gold 7 Silver and 4 Bronze, second is Lautoka on 5 Gold 5 Silver and 4 Bronze and Taveuni/Qamea is third on 4 Gold 3 Silver and 6 Bronze. In the Boys Division, Suva lead with 16 Gold 6 Silver and 10 Bronze, second is Lautoka with 6 Gold 10 Silver and 7 Bronze
