Despite losing their Head coach the Tongans are optimistic of putting up a good battle against the Flying Fijians this weekend in the Pacific Nations Cup.

Head Coach Toutai Kefu could not travel with the team because of coaching commitments in Japan.

Tonga thrashed Fiji 45-21 in Lautoka last year.

Meanwhile, Interim Head coach Chris Hickey said that they have to be on par with their defence to topple Fiji at home.
