The Tonga 7s team knows that they will have to improve in the Adelaide 7s tournament this weekend, if they are to take on teams like Fiji, Australia and Samoa.
Tonga coach, Siua Tuimalolo said that his boys will really need to lift their game.
Fiji is in Pool C with Australia, USA and Tonga and their first pool game is against USA at 2:51pm on Saturday.
