Former Brumbies and Sharks Super Rugby coach Jake White has signed Wallabies winger Joe Tomane at French Club Montpellier.
White's new signing has been reported by the French media but as yet has not been confirmed by the ARU or Brumbies.
When Tomane joins Montpellier he will be playing on the opposite wing to Crusaders wing Nemani Nadolo who will also join the club next season.
Tomane is working his way back from injury and has scored six tries from eight games this season and if he does not return this week to face the Blues is almost certain to return next week to face the Force.
The Brumbies face the Blues at 7.35pm Friday.
