The Fisheries trial continued in the Suva High Court today with Deputy Secretary for the Public Service Commission Tom Lee called as a witness in the trial to inform the court about PSC's Code of Conduct and whether or not it was breached in this particular case.
Lee was one of three witnesses called to the stand.
Former senior Fisheries Ministry Officials in 2003, the Permanent Secretary, Vuetasau Buatoka is charged with two counts of misuse of office while the Director Fisheries at the time Maciu Lagibalavu is charged with one count of misuse of office.
The case will continue this afternoon.
