Defending Chow Games champion Suva received a timely boost ahead of the opening day on Friday.
The 150 strong athletics contingent will be known as Asco Motors Toyota Suva Team, as they will be out to defend their title this weekend.
Suva Primary School Athletics Association Secretary Robin Dayal said that this assistance means a lot to the team as they don’t have to worry about looking for funds but concentrate more on the final phase of their preparation.
The 2011 Chow Games will be held this Friday and Saturday 19th November at the TFL National Stadium.
