Timeframe mars Ba protest
Ba's Vice President, Anil Ameen said they had asked the Fiji Football Association for time to prove that New Zealand based Shekar Prakash was not eligible to feature for Suva.
Ameen said since it was Sunday in New Zealand, they had to wait for authorities to open their office.
However, Ameen said it is no use crying over spilt milk as Ba has moved on and the focus now is to build a better team for next year.
When asked for clarification on the matter, Fiji FA Chief Executive, Bob Kumar said Ba was given enough time however they failed to produce the evidence.
Meanwhile, Navua have time until tomorrow to come up with evidence in their protest against Nadroga's Koshmick Kumar who they claim is a contracted player with America based, Sacramento United and thus cannot play for Nadroga.
If Navua wins the protest, they will win a spot in the semi-finals of the Courts IDC and Nadi will lose their semifinal spot.
Currently Labasa and Nadi have qualified from pool one while Rewa and Lautoka have qualified from pool two for the semifinals.
The semifinals and final of the Courts IDC will be played at the TFL stadium this Sunday and commentaries of all the matches with the Premier final can be heard on our sister station, Radio Sargam.
