Nadi 15s rugby coach Iliesa Tanivula will only have 2 training days with his side this week to prepare for the second defence of the Colonial Farebrother Sullivan trophy against Tailevu.

After last week’s 34-23 win against Namosi, Tanivula said a lot of work will need to be carried out in the Nadi team as they have failed to show any signs of improvement.

But he will now have to rely on his assistant coach Vuata Naresia, Bill Gadolo and Apisai Naevo to carry out the work as he is tied up with the Digicel Fiji 7s team in their preparation for the Mini Games.

Once again last Saturday like in the Digicel Cup final against Nadroga, his side played with 14 players for 60 minutes after two players received yellow cards.

Tanivula said they will have to minimize these mistakes against a side like Tailevu.
