The Fiji Police Force today held a formal farewell ceremony for outgoing Acting Commissioner of Police, Romanu Tikotikoca but had to change their programme in the last minute because the Tikotikoca was in Taveuni.
The ceremony, which was held at the Navosa Grounds, had to be changed to a formal welcoming ceremony for the new Police Commissioner, Captain Esala Teleni.
When contacted this afternoon, Tikotikoca revealed that he was not aware of any function that was to be held in his honour.
