Fiji born and former Marist Brothers High School student Asaeli Tikoirotuma now joins 10 other players to have the record of four tries in a match beside the likes of fellow Fijians Joeli Veidiri for the Blues in 2000 and Sitiveni Sivivatu for the Chiefs in 2009.

Tikoirotuma equaled the record during the Chiefs thrilling 41-34 victory over the Blues.

The sides were locked at 20-all at the halftime break and traded tries throughout the second half before Tikoirotuma scored the match-winner with around 10 minutes to go.

Looking at the points table, the Chiefs are on top of the table with 58 points, the Stormers second on 54 while the Brumbies lead the Australian conference with 49 points.

Super Rugby now takes a break until June 29th due to international tests.
