Vodafone Flying Fijians utility back and former Chiefs wing, Asaeli Tikoirotuma believes they have quality players to fill in the big shoes of captain Akapusi Qera and wing, Nemani Nadolo ahead of their opening Pacific Nations Cup clash against Tonga.
Tikoirotuma is also hoping to start this week for the national side after missing out on their clash against the Maori All Blacks last Saturday.
He says he is ready.
Meanwhile head coach John McKee says that a few changes are expected to be made to the side that played last week.
He wants to rotate all the players so that they have more game time before the Rugby World Cup in September.
Meanwhile Peceli Yato will be replacing Akapusi Qera while Napolioni Nalaga will replace Nadolo.
The Vodafone Flying Fijians will host Tonga in the opening Pacific Nations Cup clash at 3pm this Saturday at the ANZ Stadium and you can catch the live commentary on our sister station Viti FM.
