All Blacks 7s coach Gordon Tietjens believes his new players Pita Ahki and Isaac Te Tamaki will play key roles for them in the Hong Kong 7s which kicks off tonight.

Tietjens says Ahki is someone with experience and has played in the sevens circuit already.

He also believes that young recruit Isaac Te Tamaki will still have a lot to offer.

Sonny Bill Williams and Liam Messam are also included for the Hong Kong tournament.

The 2016 Hong Kong 7s will start at 10.10 tonight.

Fiji will take on Canada at 12.06am tomorrow in their first pool match.

They will play their second pool game against Korea at 4.24pm tomorrow before they face Wales at 8.24pm tomorrow in their last pool match.

The Cup quarterfinals start at 2.58pm Sunday, the Cup semifinals start at 7.44pm Sunday while the Cup final kicks off at 11pm Sunday
