Three top Southern soccer clubs have threatened to pull out of the Modern Glass and Mirror National Club Championship to be held in Govind park this weekend.
Rewa's United 1 and Raymonds together with Southern Forest Club of Navua have raised concern on why Fiji FA is going ahead with the finals in Ba as it will be costly for them to travel to Govind park.
United 1 President Abdul Rahman said his side will not travel to Ba as it will be an expensive exercise.
And Southern Forest Navua, President Anil Sharma has offered his assistance for the play-off to be held in Navua as this will also help in the development of soccer in the district.
Meanwhile, Fiji FA CEO Bob Kumar said the other grounds in the country are unavailable this weekend as they will need to use two grounds to hold the tournament.
The NCC draws this morning sees in Pool 1, United 1 and Raymonds of Rewa, Shop and Save Lautoka and Siberia of Labasa. Pool 2 has Police Suva, Souther Forest Navua, Generel Machinery United of Lautoka and Eagles of Nadi. The winner of the NCC will walk away with $3,000 dollars.
