Officers from the Joint Operation Center from the Central Police station were deployed to the Fiji Rugby Union house last night to secure the FRU house.
Police Spokesperson Atunaisa Sokomuri told Fijivillage news that they moved in to secure the place as a precautionary measure following the threats made by some people to burn the building down.
Police believe that the threat follows the sacking of Digicel Fiji 7s Coach, Waisale Serevi by the Fiji Rugby Union yesterday.
