Thousands of People in the greater Nasinu area remain without water supply since last night due to a major break down at the Waila treatment plant.
And Village has been receiving numerous calls this morning from frustrated residents expressing their concerns.
One resident Manoa Tora from Cunningham said they need drinking water as no emergency water has been supplied.
Divisional water engineer Central, Samuela Tubui confirmed that several areas have beeb affected.
The Water Supply Department also confirms that it was decided this morning that emergency water will not be carted to the affected areas as they expect supply to be restored by 11am.
