Thousands of old scholars from around the world are expected in the country in exactly 5 months time, to celebrate the 50th birthday of Suva Grammar School in Veiuto.
President of the Fiji Old scholars Association, Jasmine Tam who was a student in the 1970's said that the time is now right to start their preparations for the celebrations.
Meanwhile, Tam adds that apart from celebrating their time at the institute, they will be helping out the current students.
A weeklong celebration will be held next year with the official celebration held on the 9th of February next year.
There are a total of 6 old Scholars Associations set up around the world.
