Thousands of Ba residents without water
Water Department Spokesperson Maika Nagalu said water disruptions will continue until tomorrow as repair works are expected to be completed by this afternoon. He said quite a large area is affected and low lying areas like Nailaga may start getting normal water supply by this afternoon.

Areas affected include Vatulaulau, parts of Ba town, Sarokoba, Yalalevu, M.R.Dayal Sub-Division, Nailaga, Tauvegavega and Maururu.
Meanwhile, Nadi water supply is trying to locate fittings for two water pumps at Wakadra and Waicoba which is causing water cuts in nearby areas.
